Monie See it run

The AI-run finance department

We install an AI accounts manager inside your business. It catches invoices from email, reads your bank statements, and delivers your books and a plain-English report in the first week of every month.

A human checks every number before it counts.

Why now

When did you last actually see your numbers?

Who's chasing the money you're owed?

Ready for the corporate tax deadline?

Most businesses get last month's books on the 25th, if at all. That's history, not information. And in the UAE, late or messy books are now a penalty risk, starting at AED 10,000 before you've filed a thing.

How a month runs

Five steps, on the calendar, every month

Capture

Suppliers send invoices to one dedicated address, or you forward them in two taps. The machine reads, files and logs every one, and flags any payment with no invoice behind it, because a missing invoice is a lost VAT claim.

Read

Day one after month end, your statements land in the shared folder. On QuickBooks or Zoho, the machine reads your ledger directly and even that step disappears.

Prepare

It codes every transaction, checks the bank reconciliation down to the last fils, and drafts your books along with a report written in plain English. When something doesn't add up, it says so instead of papering over it.

Flag

Everything odd goes on a one-page exceptions memo, and that page comes first. A supplier paid twice. A bounced cheque. Cash with no name on it. Each with the decision it needs.

Approve

A human reviewer, your accountant or a qualified one we bring to the engagement, works the memo, keys any corrections, and signs off. Only then does anything become the record.

Under the hood

Your systems, one new brain

Nothing gets replaced. Your documents stay in your own environment, whether that's Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Workspace or the systems you already run. Invoices arrive at an address in your own domain. The intelligence layer is Claude, the enterprise AI, and you talk to it through Slack or Teams like an employee. Running an ERP? The machine works from its exports the same way.

You

What did we spend on vehicles this quarter?

Monie

AED 14,230 across 11 transactions. Fuel 61%, rentals 26%, Salik and parking 13%. Two entries missing invoices, flagged. Source files attached.

It runs under permissions you control and can revoke any day.

Division of labour

The machine does the hours.
People keep the judgment.

The machine

Reads, matches, codes. Drafts books, reports, board packs. Builds your chase list. Files everything audit-ready. Answers questions on demand.

Your people

Answer the exceptions. Make every judgment call. Post the entries. Approve anything that leaves. Own the machine outright.

What it's worth

Not a nice-to-have. Do the math.

Your next finance hire will cost AED 70,000–110,000 a year, loaded, and spend most of it on work a machine does in minutes. Late corporate tax registration alone is a AED 10,000 fine. And leaks add up quietly: we built a deliberately messy test company to prove the machine, and in a single month it flagged AED 73,800 of items nobody was watching, including a supplier paid twice.

Don't take those numbers on faith. The Diagnostic Week measures yours.

Services

AI bookkeeping, built in Dubai

Behind on your books? Ask about catch-up bookkeeping. The machine rebuilds the backlog; a qualified accountant signs.

The rules

Built on rules, not trust

The AI never posts to your ledger; every entry is keyed by a person. Nothing leaves without human sign-off. Your data stays in your own environment, revocable any day, never used to train models. And no lock-in: the playbooks are yours, leave any time and keep the machine.

We prepare. Licensed accountants and registered tax agents sign and file. That separation protects you.

Works with what you have

You change nothing

QuickBooks and Zoho Books: read directly. Xero and Tally: a ten-minute monthly export. Excel and a drawer of paper: fully welcome, the machine builds the books around you.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks

What if the AI gets something wrong?

It will, sometimes, which is why it isn't trusted. It never posts, never sends, and its first output is a memo of what it isn't sure about. A human resolves everything.

Will my accountant hate this?

The opposite. The machine takes the keying and filing; your accountant keeps the judgment and sign-off, and finally has time for work that needs a brain.

Where does my data go?

Your files stay in your own environment, under permissions you control and can revoke any day. The AI layer runs on commercial terms and does not train on your data.

What happens when your team is on a plane?

The machine doesn't travel. It runs on the calendar; the human review happens from anywhere; and every process is written down in playbooks you own.

Are you accountants?

We build and run the machine. Judgment, signatures and filings sit with qualified accountants and registered tax agents, yours or ones we bring. That's your protection.

What does AI bookkeeping cost in Dubai?

The Diagnostic Week is AED 5,000, credited in full against the install. The install is a fixed fee set at diagnostic. Running it monthly is a retainer, 30 days notice.
