How it runs

Seven days, start to finish

Day 1: you send one month of bank statements (PDF or downloads from your bank, every account), plus any invoices you have handy. A thirty-minute call covers how your finance runs today. That's the entire ask. No system access, no passwords, no software.
Days 2 to 5: the machine works. Every line matched and coded, reconciliation tied to zero, the books drafted, the exceptions memo written.
Days 6 to 7: we review the output with you, page by page, in plain English.

What you walk away with

Four deliverables

A sample close on your own numbers: coded ledger, trial balance, draft profit and loss.
The exceptions memo: every duplicate, gap, unmatched payment and unchased dirham in that month, each with the decision it needs. This page usually pays for the week by itself.

What it isn't

The diagnostic is not an audit, not tax advice, and not a commitment to anything further. If the machine finds nothing worth fixing, you'll be told exactly that, and you'll have bought cheap certainty that your books are tight. If your records live in Excel or a drawer, that's fine; bank statements are all the machine needs to start.
