The close runs on the calendar, not on your requests. You get your books, your report, and your exceptions memo in the first week of every month, and a machine that keeps getting better.
Monthly retainer · month to month · 30 days notice
The rhythm
Two setups
You have an accountant: they stay, and the machine works under them. They review the exceptions, key the entries, and sign. Your retainer covers the machine's operation and upkeep.
You don't: we attach a qualified accountant to the engagement as your reviewer, and Monie becomes your full outsourced finance department. Higher retainer, same rules: a named human signs before anything counts, and tax filings always go through a registered tax agent.
Maintenance
Bank formats change, suppliers change, your business changes, and the rules around e-invoicing and corporate tax keep moving. Part of every retainer is keeping the playbooks current, watching for drift, and improving the machine monthly. An automation nobody maintains degrades quietly; ours has a mechanic.
